1. What products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of products for kids, including Islamic wall art, personalized name posters, educational prints, nursery decor, and customized gifts — all designed to make little spaces meaningful and beautiful.


2. Are your posters and frames customizable?
Yes! Most of our products can be personalized with your child’s name, birth details, favorite colors, or even animals and themes. We always share a design mockup for your approval before printing (for personalized posters only).


3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we proudly ship worldwide.


4. Where do you ship from?
Our orders are processed and shipped from U.S.A, Pakistan. International orders are securely packed and shipped with trusted courier partners.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

  • International: PayPal, Card Payments

  • Local (Pakistan): Bank Transfer, and COD


7. When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday.

  • Local orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom orders may take longer due to design approvals.
    Please allow extra time during holidays or promotional periods.


8. How long does delivery take?

  • Pakistan: 2–7 working days

  • International: 3–9 working days (depending on country and customs)
    Please note: Delivery times for personalized items may vary slightly due to approval and printing.


9. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the design or dispatch process may already be underway. Custom items cannot be changed once approved.


10. What if I don’t receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of shipping, please contact us. We'll either track it or offer a full refund where applicable.


11. Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices on our website are tax-free (USD). However, international customers may be subject to local duties or taxes once the product reaches your country. These are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.


12. What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Send clear photos/videos of the product along with your order number. We'll do our best to replace or resolve the issue quickly.


13. How do I return an item?
Please contact us first at 📧 info@kiddoworld.co. Returns are accepted only in certain conditions, such as wrong or damaged items. Due to the nature of personalized products, they are non-returnable unless there is a clear error or defect on our part.


14. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via your original payment method.

  • Credit/Debit card refunds: 7–10 business days
    Please contact your bank if a refund hasn’t been reflected in your account.
