Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, please note that returns are exclusively accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you have received the correct item without any defects or issues, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a valid return (due to damage or receiving the wrong item), your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:

Correct & Defect-Free Items: Products that were delivered correctly and without any defaults (change-of-mind returns are not accepted).

Custom Products: Personalized items (such as custom name posters or special orders).

Perishable Goods: (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).

Exchanges
Because we do not accept returns for correctly fulfilled items, exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged goods. If your item is eligible, the fastest way to get a replacement is to return the defective item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
